    Circuit Training Classes

     

    This electrical circuit training program will get your heart rate up and strengthens your muscles at the same time. Each exercise is performed in a circuit training workout one after another with little to no rest in between exercises.

    You’ll get the benefits of both resistance training and cardio session and can burn up to 400 calories per class.

    Pilates Classes

    Pull out your gym mat and get ready to do a series of movements that will stabilize and strengthen your body. This Pilates class will Improve your flexibility, increase muscle strength and tone, and enhance your abdominal muscles, lower back, and hips.

    Spinning Indoor Cycling Classes

      Zumba Toning Classes

    If you want a heart-pumping workout that's also a lot of fun, Zumba toning might be just the class for you.  Zumba Toning focuses on strength training exercises within the dances. Calories burned in Zumba toning class are around 500 to 800 calories.

    Hatha Yoga Classes

    Iron kid:

    • Kids love playing and running around. Agility training is a great way to get the kids to not only be active, but also develop their bodies athletically.     Zumba kids :

     Senior Chair Yoga

    Chair Yoga for seniors invites you to find flexibility in a way that is soft and gentle but also really supportive and beneficial. Chair yoga practice is an accessible form of yoga that provides less stress on muscles, joints, and bones than more conventional forms of yoga to improve mental health in older adults, have better quality sleep, and lower instances of depression.

    Resistance Bands

     

    Whether you are a beginner at working out, an experienced weight lifter, or recovering from an injury, you can use resistance band workouts as they work to strengthen and/or stretch your muscles, whether for aesthetics, athletic performance, or physical therapy as well as being user-friendly, and accessible for beginners.
